Table of Contents – Highlight headings of articles and allow them to jump to the section faster. This feature finds headers in articles and generates a table of contents automatically.


Info Notification – Highlight important news on the homepage. Use this to do announcements, communicate your app’s maintenance schedule, or highlight new features.


 Support Channels – Let your customer reach out via support channels they’re comfortable with such as Whatsapp, Skype, Messenger, Telegram, or email.
